Bronte DA Approval – September 2015
Waverley Council have now granted DA approval for this development of two new houses in Bronte. We’re excited about taking this design forward to the construction stage.
Evans Street Siteworks – September 2015
Work continues on our two house project in Evans Street, Bronte. Doors and Windows are being installed ready for lock up.

Simon Whitbread just took a few street shots of a project of ours from a couple of years ago. Part of a development of three unique houses this one embraced its urban laneway setting. The timber has now aged nicely adding a softness to the austere façade.
Occupation at Whale Beach – June 2015
Our design for a steep site on Sydney’s northern beaches has now reached practical completion. The project has involved some exciting details to achieve a finish of the highest quality. A great job by Poppi as project Architect and Lee Pollard as site manager for Yuncken construction.
Newtown Siteworks – May 2015
Our Newtown development is starting to emerge in to the King Street landscape. The concrete structure has been poured for the basement car park, ground floor commercial units and first floor apartments. The second floor slab is now being formed up ready to take the next apartment level before the lightweight steel third floor penthouse apartments can begin.
Bondi Siteworks – March 2015
Work is well underway with building this large new dual occupancy house close to Bondi Beach. We’re liking the way the oversized skylight and black glazed brickwork are shaping up.
Evans Street Siteworks – March 2015
Work has started on a two house project in Evans Street, Bronte. The tricky demolition around and under existing structures is progressing well thanks to the PMD Build team and excavation for the pool will begin soon.
Bondi DA Approval – February 2015
We have just received DA approval from Waverley Council for our application to develop two semi-detached houses in Bondi.
Bronte Design – February 2015
We have just completed design development for this development of two new semi-detached houses on a steep site in Bronte. The design seeks to maximise natural light, ventilation and ocean views whilst maintaining privacy to the new dwellings, resulting in some interesting forms on the irregular site.
Newtown Siteworks – January 2015
Work has commenced on site for our mixed use development in King Street, Newtown. Excavation and retaining for the underground car park needs to be completed before the shops and apartments get started.
Newtown Marketing – December 2014
3D evolution have produced visualisations for marketing off the plan of our Newtown development of 13 apartments and 3 retail outlets.
Burns Bay Road Design – November 2014
We developed this design for a client in Crows Nest as a freestanding pavilion attached to the existing dwelling via a glazed link.
Whale Beach Siteworks – October 2014
Work continues on site at Whale Beach with some finishes starting to be installed and the substantial landscaping now underway.
Russell Street Siteworks – September 2014
Murray is finishing installing ceiling panels to a small project of ours in Lilyfield. The panels are timber veneered sheets of Japanese Sen. I think the architect might have been cursed once or twice during the install. They look good though.
Houses Magazine Awards Commendation – August 2014
We are very excited to have received a Commendation from Houses Awards 2014. Our project at Blandford Avenue in Bronte is one of just two houses to be commended in the “house in a heritage context” category.
Whale Beach Siteworks – July 2014
With the bottom three levels structurally complete at it’s time for the fun part. The steel framing forming the top level living areas is on site and being erected. Plenty of views which should all sit well below the extended cantilevered eaves.
Evans Street DA Approval – July 2014
We are very pleased this week to have received DA approval from Waverley Council for a project for 2 houses in Bronte. We are now underway with construction drawings and hope to be on site towards the end of the year.
