Client Home Sale - Bronte - November 2023

Big congratulations to our client for the sale of their Bronte home! Wohoo!

We designed this addition to their California bungalow in 2014. Located in a Conservation Area, we kept the front facade in its existing form and opened up the back to enjoy the sunny corner position - still loving the folded zinc roof with timber and glass - materials and style that endure……and clearly sell! Congrats on a wonderful result!!!!
